An overview of our business

Pellenzo Technologies is a data analytics and software development company. We build intelligence platforms and the software that runs them for institutions that operate where the stakes are highest. Because our field is often misunderstood, this page sets out plainly what Pellenzo is — and, just as importantly, what it is not.

What we are

At our core, we are engineers and analysts who turn data our clients already hold — or are lawfully authorized to use — into clear, actionable intelligence. Our work falls into two connected disciplines:

• Data analytics. We design systems that organize, correlate, and make sense of large and complex datasets, helping organizations understand what is happening and decide what to do next.
• Software development. We build the platforms, tooling, and infrastructure — including edge AI — that deliver those analytics securely, reliably, and at scale.

We work for and alongside our clients, under contract and applicable law, on data they own or are authorized to process. Our value is in engineering and analysis — not in the data itself.

What we are not

To be unambiguous:

• We are not a data mining operation. We do not harvest personal data from the public to exploit or resell.
• We are not a data broker. We do not buy, sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not build commercial profiles of individuals for sale.
• We are not a mass-surveillance company. We do not conduct indiscriminate monitoring of the general public.
• We do not own the data. The information processed on our platforms belongs to our clients or its rightful owners, not to Pellenzo.

How we operate

Everything we build is governed by the principles of lawful authority, proportionality, and accountability. Data is processed for defined purposes, under appropriate controls, and with respect for the rights of the people it may concern. These commitments are reflected in our Privacy Statement and our approach to Privacy & Civil Liberties.

Why the distinction matters

The institutions we serve carry real responsibility, and so do we. Being clear about what we are — a data analytics and software development company — and what we refuse to be is part of how we hold ourselves to the standard of the work.
