Pellenzo is a data analytics and software development company. While the nature of our work means our direct exposure to high-risk labor practices is limited, we recognize that risk can exist anywhere in a supply chain, and we hold ourselves and our partners to a high standard regardless.
We are committed to fair and lawful employment: freely chosen work, lawful wages and hours, freedom of association, and a workplace free from coercion, harassment, and discrimination. No one working for Pellenzo should ever be subject to forced or compulsory labor.
We expect our suppliers, vendors, and partners to share our stand against modern slavery and human trafficking, to comply with applicable laws, and to uphold the human rights of their workers. We seek to work with organizations whose values align with ours and reserve the right to end relationships where these standards are not met.
We aim to identify and address risks through responsible procurement practices and by encouraging anyone — employees, partners, or members of the public — to report concerns. Reports can be made confidentially, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
