In most secure institutions a change takes months to reach the people it was written for. Not because the change is hard, but because the path is manual, and every hand it passes through is a place it can go wrong. Paloris makes that path automatic and identical every time: builds are reproducible, dependencies are pinned and mirrored, and nothing advances past a gate it has not cleared.
A deployment is not finished when it starts. Paloris rolls a release out in waves, watches health at each one, and stops on its own if the signal turns. Every previous build stays deployable, so reverting is not a rebuild and not an incident bridge — it is a decision that takes effect immediately, which is the only kind of rollback that is any use while an operation is running.
Institutions do not run in one place. They run in a public cloud, a sovereign cloud, a datacentre, a classified enclave, and a vehicle with a radio link that works about half the time. Paloris treats all of them as targets of the same pipeline. An air-gapped enclave receives a signed, verifiable bundle instead of a network push, but it is the same release, tracked in the same place, with the same record of what is running where.
Delivering software is only half the requirement. The other half is being able to state, later and under scrutiny, exactly what was running on a given system on a given day and who approved it. Paloris produces that record as a by-product of shipping: signed artifacts, a complete bill of materials, the approvals that let a release through, and a live reconciliation of the deployed estate against what the pipeline believes it deployed.
